Lesson III - BOOLEAN OPERATIONS

The class was about creating boolean operations using three commands: UNION, SUBSTRACT, INTERSECT. 

1. Firstly I have made some objects using BOX command.


2. Cone using command CONE.


3. Copying cone to make boolean operations on it.


4. UNION.


5. SUBSTRACTION.


6. Copy of UNION.


7. SUBSTRACTION of UNION.


8. Copy of substracted cones.


9. INTERSECTION.


10. Using SECTION command.


11. Sections.


12. Some sections extruded with EXTRUDE command to give them thickness.

Lesson V - icosaedron construction

Today I have created icosaedron 1. The bottom and top of this object is created with pentagon base and 5 triangles. 2. Using 3DARRAY command I have created other faces. 3. 3DMIRROR gives me base of the icosaedron. 4. Rotate one base of 36 degrees. 5. Using triangle and 3DARRAY command I create other faces. 6. I copy 5 faces and use 3DMIRROR, ALIGN and MOVE to complete object.
